Learn More

All school uniforms can be purchased from our chosen provider, Magrudy’s. More information can be found on the Support Services.

Our DBS group students gain places at the world’s leading universities including Oxford, Cambridge, and John Hopkins.

We pride ourselves on inclusion and welcome all students. We provide high-quality education for all children, including gifted children and those requiring more learning support. Personalised learning programmes are developed for students with specific needs on a case-by-case basis, and these programmes include access to appropriate resources and support and curricular options. For more information, see our Inclusion page.

We hire highly trained and qualified practitioners who are leaders in the field. The majority of our teachers are British, although there is a mix of countries represented. We also have other nationalities represented in the teaching cohort, depending on the specialisation (eg: Spanish). Administrative staff are hired locally and internationally.

At Dubai British School Mira, we will teach Spanish once per week from Year 1 onwards.

DBS Mira partners with STS (School Transport Services LLC), an RTA-approved provider. All students from FS1 upwards are eligible to use the bus service.

Only the school will be able to contact either. Drivers are not available by phone while driving the scheduled routes. However, the bus nanny can be contacted in case of an emergency. For more information on bus services, contact Mr Ignacius on +971 50 668 2542.

Please note that buses are not available for After-School Activities (ASAs) that finish after 5 PM. For specific routes and availability, parents should contact STS directly.

Parents will be informed by the school if delayed, early release, or cancelled school days apply.
