Introducing our Founding Head of Secondary, Andrew Johnson.
Andrew joins us with over ten years of senior leadership experience across outstanding schools in London and Dubai, most recently serving as Head of Secondary at Dubai International Academy Al Barsha.
Throughout his career, Andrew has led strategically across teaching and learning, curriculum development, assessment and pastoral systems. He has a strong track record of improving student outcomes while building high-performing, collaborative teams.
Andrew holds a BSc from the University of Sheffield, is a qualified Chemistry teacher, and has completed the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
His leadership is guided by the belief that a great school is built on trust and high expectations, where every young person is supported to achieve academic success and flourish through a rich and well-rounded school experience.
